I assisted in the design and tutored various undergraduate and postgraduate courses and seminars. These courses include Organisational Health and Safety Management, Change Management Organisational Behaviour Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. I was also involved in the marking and grading of students’ assignments. Additionally, I assisted in the supervision of MSc/MBA students’ dissertations.

Undergraduate Course Lecturer for Organisational Leadership and Governance, Human Resource Information Systems, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Industrial Psychology, and Entrepreneurship Development.

Undergraduate Course Lecturer for Introduction to Human Resource Management (HRM), Performance Management, Human Resource Planning, Gender and Development, Strategic HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Information Systems, Industrial Relations, and Business Law.

I assisted in the design of various undergraduate course contents and the delivery of these at lectures and seminars. The courses include Principles and Practice of Management, Consumer Behaviour, Business Ethics, Introduction to Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, and Organisational Behaviour. I was also involved in the assignment marking and grading of these courses. Additionally, I offered SPSS training to undergraduate final-year students writing their research project (dissertation).

I assisted in the recruitment of new staff (teaching and non-teaching), filing of important documents, and the supervision of staff. I also used Microsoft Excel to prepare appraisal forms for workers to be appraised. Additionally, I attended to other relevant external stakeholders on the school’s behalf.

I embarked on customer prospecting, filing customer complaints, and data entry.

I assisted in data entry and record keeping. I also facilitated the issuance, biometric verification and renewal of National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) cards for clients.
